In order to realise its growth and international ambitions within the garden gate product range, POULEYN is acquiring the Dutch fencing specialist DJS Hekwerken en Toegangstechnieken B.V. (www.djshekwerken.nl), located in Vuren, centrally between Breda and Utrecht.

DJS Hekwerken en Toegangstechnieken B.V. has been producing exclusive access gates for both professional and, above all, private customers for over 28 years. This second-generation family business, with sole shareholder and director Johan De Jong, is a leader in the Dutch market for customised solutions in the field of access technology, mainly in steel. With their prefab solutions, in which the garden gate is installed as a whole, they are pioneers in the Netherlands. With 40 employees, they achieve a turnover of just under 7 million euros.

With this acquisition, POULEYN aims to strengthen its presence in the Dutch market and, among other things, commercialise DJS's range of high-speed motors within the Benelux.
