Choose from lacquers in any colour you desire, with visible or invisible grain structure. Combine with high-quality fittings in bronze, black or stainless steel for a harmonious look. Our glazing options meet the strictest insulation standards, both thermal and acoustic. Every element contributes to a perfect end result – down to the smallest detail.
Double finish for maximum durability
This is followed by a second and third protective layer, each applied with a spray gun with a wet layer thickness of 150 microns. For a perfect result, the surface is lightly sanded in between and all seams are carefully finished with special silicone. This 3-layer system forms a robust barrier against UV radiation and moisture, and significantly extends the life of the joinery.
Thorough basic protection with an impregnation layer
Every piece of Pouleyn exterior woodwork starts with a high-quality impregnation layer. This layer protects the wood against natural influences and ensures that subsequent treatments are firmly anchored. Thanks to our flowcoat technique (spray tunnel), the product penetrates deep into the wood, ensuring that every component is completely saturated and protected.
Colour, aesthetics and
quality in one
The finish can be applied in almost all RAL and NCS colours, so that every window or door perfectly matches the design of the home. Thanks to this innovative system, it is no longer necessary to completely remove old layers for maintenance: a new layer can easily be applied after many years. Pouleyn guarantees an aesthetically refined and qualitatively durable finish, tailored to both private customers and architects.
Hydro⁺-oil
To preserve the lifespan and appearance of our wooden exterior joinery, Pouleyn developed its own Hydro⁺ oil. This exclusive formula ensures that the wood ages evenly and naturally, while water beads off beautifully instead of sticking. This protects the surface from rain, sun and temperature fluctuations, without compromising the authentic beauty of the wood.
The Hydro⁺ treatment offers durable protection that continues to work year after year, allowing windows and doors to retain their character and refined appearance. (Standard Hydro oil is used for wooden garden gates.)
