Obstacle detection

The safety stop stops the door from moving as soon as it detects an obstacle under the door. When the area of movement is free again, the door will restart automatically.

Burglar proof

The sturdy panels and blocked motor will stop burglars from intruding.

No black-out

In case of a power failure, an optional emergency battery will ensure optimal operation.

Class 1 wood type

As a pioneer, Pouleyn has used Afrormosia for many years. This extremely precious quality wood originates from West and Central Africa and is famous for its hard core, exquisite appearance and wavy grain pattern.

Pouleyn Thermowood

In addition to Afrormosia, Pouleyn uses Thermowood from its own sites. The ecological modification process during which the wood is heated in a low-oxygen environment makes the wood more durable and greatly increases its lifespan and quality.

Hydro treatment

Over the years, Pouleyn has developed its own hydro-oil to make the wood water-resistant and give it a beautiful even grey colour. This guarantees years of protection and very little shrinkage or swelling.

Ecological

We purchase our wood directly from the harvesting company to ensure environmentally conscious production. We keep a very close eye on both our ecological footprint and the excellent quality we deliver.
